To maintain technical aspects related to electrical and mechanical works

Close liaison with procurement department for purchase (Technical demand). 

Maintain reports for all clients logged to Finance Department.

Coordination with our complain department for daily complains and salutation.

Get Daily Feedback form required work implicated resolutions.                                                                                          

To maintain the expense list for each department under supervision, approval and issuance from Accounts department.

To perform all the required working and fulfillment of liabilities.  

Providing technical timely stances in R&D for (electrical .mechanical .refrigeration) etc.

Coordination with services team (mechanical + electrical) for their internal & external problems at all the clients.

To address, discuss and troubleshooting with required departments.

To ensure the services through supervisors for the effectiveness and efficiency of workers and material in use.

To control and effectively manage operations in extension, regular visits to the sites (as per set planner) in order to assess progress, safety & quality.

Assess and modify the substances (in accordance to circumstances; quantitative and qualitative).

Project management considering triangle implication (Time, Cost and Risk constraints)

Close liaison with professional heads and field experts.

To analyze and evaluate resources, reliability and responsiveness

Meetings with the Management for the financial reviews and analysis.
