Job Description:
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of administration, fleet management and store of the company.
  2. To maintain the inventory of car, motor cycles, computer and items handing and taking overs of employees.
  3. To maintain and update record of Insurance, Registration and Log Books of all cars, bikes, pick-ups, tractors etc.
  4. To supervise the attendance and leave record of employee.
  5. Develop organize the SOP’s for smooth operations.
  6. Checking all expenses of employees and verifying the amounts.
  7. Head Office Budgeting for Expense Control.
  8. Coordinate in J.Ds finalization and implementations of concern departments that operate under your authority.
  9. To take appropriate action legally or personally against theft, fraud or any other violation.
  10. Ensure the smooth operations of procurement of Store Incharge as per standard operations process.
  11. Verifying the claimed bills of all Officers according to company policy.
  12. Acquire rental attendance from marketing officer, verify and sign the attendance of all rental sites on daily bases.
  13. To get the vehicles repaired and claim the amount of vehicles from Insurance company in case of any accident.
  14. To maintain or check the log book of all vehicles of the company.
  15.  Verifying every bill and expense of purchase items of head office.
  16. Perform the CEO assigned task on priority bases.
  17. FIR processing in Police Stations and follow-up.
  18. Update the record of Court Legal cases.
  19. Attend the court cases before Judge / Magistrate on declared dates and inform the hearing detail to the reporting line.
  20. Liaison with Lawyer, police, culprit as a DES representative.
  21. Check the employee request / graviences i.e Advances, Leaves, Salaries and Fuel.
  22. Visit the different projects sites for audit of own team and check and ensure the implementation of  SOPs.
  23. Twice a month visit to the project Site to ensure the following operations



 


  • Store Working as per Company policy / SOP
  • Ensure and update the store record of all sites
  • Staff accommodation for employees  
  • Check the mess and attendance of site  as per SOP
  • Ensure all Vehicles Log book are updated and physically verify the condition of all vehicles.
