Job Details

Job Description:

To receive approved purchase demand from Engineering Department.
To ensure that demand carries all the product specification.
To distribute all demands to the commercial executive for further process.
To get verification of rates by commercial executive and afterward approval from competent authority.
To gather and provide the market information about the Vendors to the GM Ops.
To ensure purchase according to specified brand, product specification and timely delivery to the sites.
To review the purchase order that contains detail, specification, quantity of item to be purchase.
To play the vital role for the implementation of quality objective.
To evaluate and monitor the performance of suppliers on the basis of their ability to meet specified requirements and report to line manager.
To co-ordinate with the sites staff for removal of any ambiguity about the item specification.
Resolve the queries in procuremnet system
Maintain the record of all payables of vendors and timely report to GM ops
To report to line manager on daily bases regarding all purchasing made or to be made.
To report the line manager regarding pending demands of site with justification of iton daily bases
To monitor and supervise activities of purchase executives.
To negotiate for minimum rates and credit limit with the suppliers.
To implement that purchasers submit the invoices to the stores department as early as possible (Preferably on same day)
To ensure that payments terms are properly communicated to the vendors.
