Role of a Job Buddy:-

Close liaison with business development team

- Create job posts on portal based on the info provided by business development team

- Find/Assign freelancers to the job

- Keep knowledge and stay in touch with high quality freelancers

- Keep engaged with employer/freelancer during the complete project lifecycle

- Help to complete projects and ensure quality feedback from employers

- Follow up on open jobs from buyers/freelancers
