| Job Description: |
Solotech Labs (a project of Soloinsight Inc. USA) is looking for an experienced database developer who can database design, development, stability, reliability, performance and product support in Database department.
Responsibilities:
- Database design with complete knowledge of RDBMS.
- Write complex and optimize stored procedures, triggers and functions in MYSQL/MS SQL.
- Ensure code performance, stability, tuning and reliability.
- Follow standard software development life cycle methodologie
- Profile server resource usage, and optimize and tweak as necessary
- Work independently and as a team member.
- Handle multiple tasks and prioritize them with the input from management.
- Prepare documentations and specifications
- Define and document business requirements for verification from the offshore team and then document detail specifications for programming.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
- Handle client deployments for database objects, be able to maintain several release versions (if required)
- Provide client technical support (if required)
- Minimal DBA responsibilities (if required).
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 2+ years of database development experience in MySQL/MS Server
- Working, hands-on experience with Crystal Reports and other reporting tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Be able to grasp complex concepts and ideas.
- Logical thinker.
