1. To be responsible for business development activities pertaining to products/equipment;
2. To establish, maintain and update key accounts;
3. To be responsible for institutional sales;
4. To establish, mainatin and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business development activities;
5. To constantly make efforts for business growth;
6. To resolve clients/customers complaints or issues arising out of product/equipment sales;
7. To present reports to the Managing Director on agrred upon report formats;
8. To meet assigned sales targets given from time to time by MD;
9. To perform any other function/assignment as entrusted by the MD.
