Job Description:

Responsibalities & Duties:

  • Provide installation/configuration of database to mid level customers
  • To provide 24x7 hours database maintainance support
  • To handle customer alone and timely escalate unresolved problems to respective supervisor 
  • Enable on IBM DB2, MS SQL and Middleware
  • Create test enviornment and perform R&D on diffrent IBM and Oracle softwares
  • Support on advance configruration e.g Data Guard, Advance Secuirty partiting, Golden Gate etc

 Key Performance Indicator:

  • Timel resolve client reported issues with high  customer satisfaction
  • Positive feedback from clients
