Job summary:
Responsible for providing HR support to HR Executive and team members including administering employment policies and practices and researching and/or investigating team member concerns and making recommendations that effectively promote positive employee relations. Provide Support in all day to day operations etc
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing centralized HR support
- Takes ownership of all assigned tasks, initiatives, inquiries, and escalations within the HR functional area
- Coordinate with Finance Department for payroll and Employee health insurance related matters
- Provide support in branding activities
Skills:
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex initiatives, be self-motivated and highly organized, and foster positive internal and external relationships.
- Strong organization skills; ability to multi-task; show initiative and work aggressively to meet deadlines.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, solid analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think strategically.
- Excellent command on reporting skills which address the needs of Employee Relations
