Cielo WiGle a US based Smart Home company, having its development office in Pakistan through its subsidiary YES is looking to expand its team. Education:

- At least holds a bachelor Degree in the field of Electronics Engineering, from well reputed Institute.

Experience:

- A minimum working experience of Two years in the Technical Support field.

- Perfect written and spoken English skills.

Requirements:

- Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls.

- Fluent English speaking and writing skills.

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.

- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

- Take the extra mile to engage with customers.

- Provide information about products and services.

- Handle returns or complaints.

- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken.

- Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help.

- Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.

- Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.

- Cancel or upgrade accounts.

- Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

- Advise on company information.

- Take payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers.

- Inform customer of deals and promotions.

- Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.

- Handle changes in policies or renewals.
